    Warranty Policy

    Trekline Motorsports warranties its full line of products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the vehicle. This is limited to the original owner only.

    Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective product. Any and all costs of removal, installation, freight or incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

    Trekline Motorsports is not responsible for damages and / or warranty of other vehicle parts related or non-related to the installation of our products. By making the decision to modify your vehicle with aftermarket components of any kind, you will assume all risk and responsibility for potential damages incurred as a result of your chosen modifications. Warranty coverage does not include consumer opinions regarding ride comfort, fitment and design. 

           CLAIMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

    • Parts subject to normal wear; this includes bump stops, bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc...
    • Product Finish (powder-coating, etc...)
    • Damage caused as a result of not following recommendations or requirements called out in the installation manuals.

     

    Return Policy 

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A restocking fee will apply in certain circumstances (ex: incorrect item was ordered, etc...) In order to return the item, it must be in new condition.  No installation marks, signs of use, damages, etc should be visible on the product. For all return inquiries, you must Contact Us before shipping the item.  We will issue a RMA number and let you know where to ship it.  


    Shipping

    All shipping prices listed on the items are for the Lower 48 states only.  If you are ordering from another location, please Contact Us to arrange shipping. Typically we do not ship to PO Boxes but we may be able to make special shipping accommodations.  All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
