Shipping Information

All orders placed on treklinemotorsports.com are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.

Shipping Origin:
Dunlap, Tennessee, United States

Order Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship using FedEx or other national carriers, depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Oversized & Freight Shipments:
Some suspension components may require oversized shipping or freight delivery. These items may take additional processing time. Any applicable shipping charges or delivery requirements will be shown during checkout.

Tracking Information:
Once an order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin once the order has shipped.

Trekline Motorsports is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Returns & Exchanges

We want customers to feel confident ordering from Trekline Motorsports. Please review the information below before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is required

Installed or used products are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required:
All returns require approval before being sent back. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipping any item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Trekline Motorsports is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.


Warranty Policy

Trekline Motorsports provides a limited lifetime warranty to the original vehicle owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty applies to the original owner only.

Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Removal, installation, freight costs, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

Modifying a vehicle with aftermarket parts may affect other vehicle components. Trekline Motorsports is not responsible for damage to related or unrelated vehicle parts resulting from installation or use.

Claims Not Covered

  • Normal wear items (bump stops, bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc.)

  • Cosmetic finishes (powder coat, paint, plating)

  • Damage caused by improper installation or not following our installation instructions
