    Description:

    This 3"/3-4" drop kit from Trekline Motorsports fits the 1988-1991 Chevy/GMC C1500 Standard Cab V6. Up front, no-track-width drop spindles and lowering coils combine for the 3" front drop. Out back, drop hangers and drop shackles combine for the 3-4" rear drop. These are no-track-width drop spindles, so the front track width stays stock.

    V6 with 1.00" rotors (1988-1991 Standard Cab) ONLY — does NOT fit V8 or 1.25" rotor models. Minor trimming may be required for shackle clearance. These drop spindles do NOT change the front track width — 17" or larger rims required (15"/16" will NOT

    Fitment Notes:

  • Fits V6 engines only. If you have a V8, please check our other listings.
  • Does NOT fit 454 SS models.
  • Fits 1988-1991 Standard Cab models ONLY. Does NOT fit Extended Cab models — see our other listings for those.
  • Requires 1.00" thick front brake rotors — measure before ordering. Does NOT fit models with 1.25" thick rotors. See our other listings if you have the 1.25" thick rotors.
  • 15" and 16" rims will NOT work!! 17" or larger rims required! (See note below!)
  • These drop spindles do NOT change the front track width.
  • Does NOT fit long-bed models.
  • Shorter shocks are recommended for this drop. See our other listings for the kit with shocks included.
  • Minor trimming may be required to install the drop hangers.
  • Trimming on the lower control arm may be required depending on backspace / offset! 18" with max of 4.5" backspace will clear without trimming the lower arm!
