    Product Description

    Description:

    This Trekline Motorsports 5"/6" drop kit lowers a 1999-2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 4WD pickup. Up front, 2" drop spindles and adjustable lowering torsion keys combine for the 5" front drop. Out back, a 6" flip kit relocates the rear axle above the leaf springs for the 6" rear drop. A bolt-on rear C-notch kit (99-00 frames) is included to clear the axle at full drop.

    4WD (4x4) models only. Requires torsion bar front suspension. 17"+ rims required — 17"/18" rims must run our lower ball joint hardware kit (see related items). Included C-Notch fits 1999-2000 frames only.

    Fitment Notes:

  • This kit fits 4WD (4x4) models.
  • Requires torsion bar front suspension (all 1999-2006 Silverado / Sierra 1500 4WD have this). The torsion keys will NOT work on coil spring front ends.
  • 17" or larger rims are REQUIRED with these drop spindles. 15" and 16" rims will NOT fit.
  • Running 17" or 18" rims? You MUST also run our Lower Ball Joint Hardware Kit — see the related items. M16-2.0 thread for stock ball joints, M16-1.5 for aftermarket ball joints.
  • The included C-Notch fits 1999-2000 models ONLY. For 2001-2007 trucks, see our version of this kit with the 01-06 C-Notch.
  • Shorter rear shocks are REQUIRED for this drop. See our other listings for the kit with shocks included.
